Cloudy skies with light rain and drizzle on and off all afternoon. A solo Gray Whale migrated through stealth mode. It skimmed the surface with light whispy blows. The blows dissipated as fast as the whale. A healthy pair with good body condition arrived during a rain squall. They stayed a few moments to spyhop before moving on.

The day ended with a brilliant sunset. It filled the sky with shades of pinks and reds to lavender and purple blues.
