Green Flash at Sunset

0 North 0 South 3 EW (N)

Three gray whales seen this morning in two sightings by reliable eyewitness. None the rest of the day or at sunset. The stormy weather and subsequent ocean surges over night left a huge six foot scarp at the high tide line. Six feet of sand was eroded the length of the Point Dume State Beach with the surging waves last night leaving a 6ft wall of sand to climb down or over to get up to the beach.

Six foot scarp at the high tide line, making it hard for beach goers to get up from or down to the ocean.
Sunset at Point Dume State Beach
Green Flash seen for a few seconds as the sun sets.
