Rain on and off all day. Drivers advised to use caution along all roads and low lying areas for accumulated water, mud and debris. Westward Road has a couple of small mud slides blocking the road in sections creating a single lane. Erosion in parking lot under black top at the cul-de-sac from street run off. High surf battering the coast with more erosion along the beach front highway sections. Large tree trunks and branches in surf with accumulation on beach as the strong storm surges continue.

No Gray Whales observed during limited on effort time today.
