Cloudy gray day, with changing visibility throughout the day …which included RAIN all morning and RAIN late afternoon. Three sighings included: one solo gray whale with white patches on its fluke, one unidentified whale at the horizon and one sighting south that was not re-sighted to determine direction, it most likely was a late gray whale south bound. The Air Show at Point Mugu went on despite the rain and the LOUD plane noises could be heard 15+miles away, though no planes were visualized during the on effort observation time.
